More than a walk, this 50-60 minute experience invites guests to align body, breath, and circadian rhythm through mindful movement,<br \/>\nbarefoot grounding, present-moment awareness, and reflective journaling.<br \/>\nThe experience begins with a curated quote and ends with time for inward reflection, designed to gently awaken the senses and reconnect guests with the healing rhythms of nature.<br \/>\n<strong>Plates Made for Sharing<\/strong><br \/>\nThis philosophy of healing and connection also informs the resort\u2019s new culinary direction.
