In addition to the Index Smart Scale, the IDWellness mobile app interfaces with Garmin\u2019s line of v\u00edvo activity trackers. The v\u00edvo line of activity trackers offers a water rating of 50m and long battery life, with the v\u00edvofit 3 boasting a one+ year battery life. Other noteworthy Garmin device features (which vary by model) include wrist-based heart rate, smart notifications, a diverse range of activity profiles to track workouts, and automatic activity detection with Move IQ.
